# Claim

Users need to claim their MNTS and veMNTS rewards from the protocol themselves. To make it easier, there will be a **Claim All** option to claim all the MNTS rewards at once.

Also, whenever users claim their veMNTS rewards, all their MNTS rewards will be claimed **automatically**, although veMNTS claim will reduce the veMNTS mining rate for the user. Detailed explanation in [MNTS & veMNTS](/tokenomics/mnts-and-vemnts.md#vemnts-vote-escrowed-mnts)
